haha ... today also veri tired loh ... swimming , push up , pull up really chiong ah !!! actually got soccer , but others all PANG SEH ... got work - nvm .... others all lazy !!!!

morning , wake up late .. suppose to meet fauzi they all at 10am ... then i 8.30 then wake up ... normally is 8 must wake up le , then too tired after a day of queue for the SUPERSTAR THING !!! then quickly wash up , or fauzi will scold " U WANNA DIE AH !!! " lolx ... cannot late de ... then i left home at ard 9.15am ... luckily , when i reach bus stop . bus came , reach mrt station , mrt is reachin in 1 min ... thats so HENG AH !!! i think the bus and train driver know i late so they drive faster for mi ... (^_^)

then reach dover at exactly 10.05am ... late by a few mins loh ... lolx ... then meet zi and nigel ... then walk towards club to find trey , saf and arun ...

really like the club now, its really like our house loh ... radio is nice , music is nice , air-con is nice , the pillows is nice , the environment is so cosy ... lolx ... can sleep in there !!! BEST AH !!!

then 10.30am go swim ... haha ... swim 1 lap then do push up and sit up , 20each ... then we swim about 9 laps in total but arun and trey they really chiong, i think by school re-open , they really become muscular !!! can join dragon boat liao ... lolx ... then we swim , push up , sit up .. then the dragon boat team come and train too ... saw our fren GIDD ... he is really getting more smart looking and his body getting nicer toooooo !!!! oh gosh !!! damn handsome le loh ... lolx ...

we finish swim ard 12 noon +++ then we go back club .... slack ... poh long , my good fren also , came by to say hi and ask mi about SUPERSTAR THING then he leave ... thanks for his concern ... poh long also becoming more handsome le ...

then we go for lunch ... Gidd joined us 4 lunch too ... know from him that his training is everyday except friday ... really tiring ... lolx ... if mi , i die liao loh ... haha

after lunch then we all go to town ... firstly arun going for CRUISE so he finding bag at dobby gourt ... but he could not find the 1 he wanted ... then he say his fren helping him to buy then ...

secondly to help ARUN choose gift ... something special for him is happening ... then we walk from dobby gourt to city hall ... haha ... exercise agian !!! ... lolx ... hope arun can fulfill his wish ... we all hope he will succeed ... lolx ... then we slack ard in town loh ... shop shop , slack slack .... then i saw sarah , call for her , she like very "DAO" like that ... never say hi also ... i think i not good looking ah ... or she saw Gidd then captured by him le ... haha ....

then when we going towards Marina Square , we are playing with the escalator , when we reach 2nd floor we dont move then we 6 stack up at the very front of the escalator , then zi fall down sia ... saf like dont know us like that , walk away ... then got some aunties looking at us staring at us .... so PAI SEH sia ... haha ...

we go makan long john for dinner , then arun bought snow cap which i really thinks that it suits him a lot ... then Gidd was choosing betwen 2 rip curl beach shorts ... 1 is white 1 is black but a bit brown also ... we vote for the white one , but then is only scared of getting it dirty , but in terms of looks , the white suits him best ... so of course he bought the ???? u should know ... lolx ...

then all go home le loh ... i acc zi in cwp a while cause he waiting for someone ... then we go timezone slack loh , got ard 30mins mah ... i really in "LOVE" with the timezone girl ah ... she looks really pretty and cute loh ... everytime go also see her ... haha .... maybe 1 day go get her number ... lolx ... but i think sure fail de ... haiz ... lolx

then zi go meet dunno who , i take bus go home ... and here i am blogging and sending tons of testi to many of my frenz who request for it ... lolx ... whole body is tired , even my FINGERS !!! ... lolx ... 2 weeks of running , swimming and jogging only throw off ard 2KG ... NO MORE JUNK FOOD LAH !!! SAF, no more L.J/KFC/MAC/PIZZA HUT ... ALL NO NO NO !!!

haha ... today really fun .. better than at home ... waiting for someone to msg mi ... but she didnt ... nvm loh ... haha ... continue with my training tomorrow !!! NEVER GIVE UP !!! NEVER SAY DIE !!!
