then saf came followed by zi ... today , no swim but went gym ... the gym only have 2 person ... it was like quite a good gym loh ... equipments like all new de loh ... lolx ... then we start by jogging ... then carry weights +++++++++ then we went bath ard 4pm ...

BioLyn shampoo not nice meh ? ok lah .... but it keeps my hair in good condition (^_^)

then went makan at Food Court 3 ... ate chicken talk again again and agian ... today tried honey flavour .... not nice sia ... but no choice ... then ate ice-kacang + peanut .... munch munch ... nice loh + peanut .... lolx .... since ytd lunch, have not eaten till just now ah !!!! so hungry .... hope never waste the gym session ... lolx ...

after that then go home le loh .... watch tv / online / slack !!!
wanted to do push-up but cannot ... very pain ... lolx ... some more ytd sun-tan kanna sun burn on my back ... very pain when lye down ... (*_*)
